Quality.

We are committed to delivering the highest quality parts to our customers, and use the latest technologies and techniques to ensure that every part meets our strict standards.

Inspection

Quality starts at the machine.

At Rose Machining, inspection is built into the manufacturing process from setup through final production. Our operators are trained to verify their work throughout each job, while shop floor supervisors provide additional oversight on setups, critical features, and key production checkpoints.

This layered approach helps us identify potential issues early, make corrections quickly, and maintain consistent quality before parts move through final inspection.

  • Our operators perform inspections directly at their machines during production to help maintain accuracy, consistency, and repeatability.

Setups and critical part features are also reviewed by shop floor supervisors to provide an added level of verification. By checking parts throughout the machining process, we can quickly identify variation, correct issues when needed, and reduce the risk of quality concerns reaching the customer.

  • We utilize a wide range of measuring and inspection equipment, including gauge pins, thread gauges, ring gauges, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, calipers, and Go/No-Go gaging.

When a job requires specialized tooling or inspection equipment, we make the necessary investment before production to ensure the part can be verified properly.

  • We believe quality control is not just a final step. It is part of the process.

Before taking on a job, we review the inspection requirements and confirm that we have the tools, experience, and process needed to inspect the work correctly. With trained operators, supervisor oversight, and the right inspection equipment in place, we work to avoid bottlenecks, protect lead times, and ensure every part is held to the proper standard.
